I led the creative direction for the full attendee experience, designing a seamless journey that began the moment guests registered. From custom-branded check-in zones to thoughtfully curated breakout spaces, every touchpoint was crafted to immerse attendees in the event’s narrative and tone. Signage, motion graphics, and environmental design worked together to guide movement, spark engagement, and maintain visual consistency across the entire venue—ensuring the brand story was felt, not just seen.
The experience culminated in a bold, projection-mapped stage design that brought content to life. Layers of animated visuals, dynamic lighting, and spatial storytelling transformed the stage into an immersive storytelling platform—allowing speakers, content, and brand moments to feel truly cinematic.
